I stopped in Jacks to purchase a new mower. I was promptly greeted by Mr. Phillip. Phillip listened to my current mower needs and explained the differences in the mowers I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions to help me make the final decision on a mower that would meet my needs. I have used the new mower for over 6 hours so far and it has performed to my expectations. Thank you, Mr., Phillip and Jacks saw shop,

I purchased a new gravely 52 in”mower and my yard looked horrible when I cut it l had the shop come look at it they came out several times to evaluate the problem but the mower was working fine so I asked if I could change to a different model and they were able to upgrade me to a larger unit so I am very pleased with the adjustments made for me they delivered the same day outstanding customer service

As much as I want to avoid writing this . It must be said . My husband and I purchased a back pack still blower 6/7 months ago. We paid around $500 or so . Within that time 💆🏽‍♀️We have taken our blower back to the shop for repair 3 times . The very last time we were lucky enough to have the engine replaced (we think with a new engine) However, Upon my discernment 🧠 Something was very off. As I carefully looked . This 110% was not out same blower we took to the shop and dropped off . As much as I don’t want to think that some place we trusted , Was referred to, And seemed a tiny bit of kind. Whether if it was fake or not. They appeared to be kind and courteous. We trusted them and patronized them for other equipment A-swell . That we have had to take back for repairs. It seemed to me that the blower they gave us back had So many scuffles, scratches and dings. This was DEFINITELY NOT OUR BLOWER . Although it had tons of mechanical issues . It had no cosmetics imperfections! My husband spent years in the navy . He is very particular about things . VERY ! Even when we drop our blower to the shop each time . He would take his cloth and clean it up before drop off . I don’t know why the

Why would you tell your customer there are 2 people ahead of him, then do nothing for about a week until he calls to see what's up, then all of a sudden it will take 2 more weeks because you have to order parts? You couldn't have ordered the parts when the mower was first dropped off? Did you just forget? I don't understand modern day customer service.

Been going here since 2004 buying quality lawn products that will last for DECADES, not 2 or 3 years. The owners are very knowledgeable hard working people that take care of what they sell. Highly recommend!
